BOULEENSHERE N.S. A sincere thank you to everyone who helped make our
recent coffee morning such a tremendous success. There was a great
atmosphere as parents, grandparents, friends and neighbours gathered last
Wednesday to enjoy a feast of home baked treats and raise funds for the
school's upcoming trip to Dublin with their film ‘The Chase’. Over 800
Euro was collected on the day from the coffee morning, raffle, and kids’
jumble sale/raffle. This money will help finance transport to Dublin and
to future film events in 2016. We are very grateful to everyone who
attended on the morning, to all who baked such wonderful confectionery, to
everyone who donated to the kids' jumble sale and especially to all the
local businesses that supported our raffle. A special word of thanks to
all the parents who helped out on the day ensuring that everything went
smoothly. Again we are indebted to Pat Sheehan who provided us with delph
which is always appreciated and without which the day wouldn't be the same.
We hope everyone enjoyed the morning and wish the children and their
parents every success in Dublin on November 3rd.
